Most important news first: The 2020 SANReN Cyber Security Challenge will be an online event. As much as we enjoy getting together with the best teams in South Africa, this year will not have a physical event.
The following institutions have completed qualifiers:
- University of Kwa-Zulu Natal – Engineering
- University of Kwa-Zulu Natal – Computer Science
- University of Pretoria – Engineering
The next set of confirmed qualifiers are as follows:
|Tshwane University of Technology||20-29 September|
|Rhodes University||13-22 September|
|University of Pretoria – Computer Science||20-29 September|
|North-West University||20-29 September|
|University of the Western Cape||06-15 September|
|University of the Witwatersrand – Engineering||13-22 September|
|University of Johannesburg||20-29 September|
|Namibia University of Science and Technology||20-29 September|
There is still time available to arrange for a qualifier event for your institution. If you are a student at a South African tertiary education institution that does not have structured qualifiers and would like to compete, please organise a team of 4 people (mixed gender) or 3 people (single gender) and drop us an email.
